Questions
Do my clients need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can view the file, like a Figma file. To leave a comment they sign in once, which is free: no license, no seat to buy.
Where does the feedback go?
Onto the image itself. Comments are pinned to the exact spot they are about: the armchair, the pendant, the wall. They stay next to the version they refer to.
What happens to old versions?
They stay on the canvas, side by side. When the client asks "what was the second option again?", you point at it; nothing is buried in an email thread.
Can we work at the same time?
Yes. The canvas is real-time and multiplayer: you see each other’s cursors, comments appear live, and mentions (@name) notify the right person.
Can I control who does what?
Yes. Workspaces have roles (owner, editor, viewer, guest), and inside a single project a person can be a viewer, commenter or editor. The usual client setup: the client views and comments, your team edits.
How much does it cost?
